The aim of this workshop is to discuss the basic concepts of project planning and writing a project proposal with researchers and entrepreneurs who have new ideas and want apply for project funds. In this workshop; the basic concepts of project management, the creation of a project idea, the steps of project planning and the basic issues to be considered in writing a project will be covered. In addition, international and European Union basic funds and application experiences will be discussed.
