Background:
Health Balanced Scorecard (H B S C), is used as a quality assurance tool in H.C.V. The chapter "Medical dimension" of HBSC includes among others, the Internal Regulation of Infections (I.R.O.I.) of H.C.V. In the updated I.R.O.I. due to the COVID 19 pandemic, chapter E8 concerning pandemic management has been updated.

Research questions:
Is management of COVID 19 + cases in Health Center of Vari(HCV) effective?

Method:
We are going to compare the practice of covid + cases of HCV, with the relevant guidelines of the General Secretary of Primary Care (G.S.P.C.) of the Ministry of Health.
The following protocol was created:
A. Demographic data :(Sex, Age)
B. ICPC 2 Code : YES, NO
C. Use of directives of G.S.P.S chapter 4(a,b,c) for the distance monitoring of confirmed cases with or without other symptoms.: YES, NO.
Of the total COVID 19 positive cases, 1 out of 10 cases will be investigated, from COVID 19 registry.

Results:
By 22/7/2021 there were 611 cases that were positive. The COVID 19 registry was tested on 61 of them. Table I shows the results.

Conclusions:
Due to the workload of health professionals (H.P.), the COVID 19 registry is not fully or partially filled in. We need to strengthen human resources and better plan the time of health professionals H.P.
