Preparing for Oral Presentations

  • All presentations will be live and the presenters must join their sessions to make their presentations.
  • 10 minutes have been allocated per presentation plus 10 minutes discussion time.
  • Presentations (slides) must be in PDF format. If you have a PowerPoint presentation, please convert your presentation into PDF format. Here is a how to save a PowerPoint presentation into PDF.
  • Presentations must be uploaded by the authors into the system before 13/10/2021, this will give us a chance to check the presentations. However, if the presentation is not uploaded before 15/10/2021 the presentation cannot be included in the session. The upload interface is accessible by selecting the abstract through the authors My Abstracts page.
  • As the name suggests the "One-Slide/Five Minutes Presentation" and the "Poster" must be a single page PDF.
  • To present you must be using the latest versions of Chrome web browsers on a Windows, Mac or Linux computer. It is not possible to present on a tablet or phone.
  • Please click here to visit the System Check wizard. Make sure your Speakers, Microphone and Webcam are working.
  • You will be able to join your session 30 minutes before the start of your event using the join button in the Foyer.
  • Please make sure you are in an isolated room with no noise.
  • Kindly mute yourself if you do not speak.
  • The sessions will be recorded.
  • All presenters are invited to join one of the "Presenters Orientation Meetings". This will be a chance for presenters to familiarize themselves with the presentation user interface, ask questions and resolve any technical issues. These meetings will take place on October 14th between 17:30-18:30 CET. Presenters may join any one of these meetings through the Foyer, all presenters will be catered one by one on a first come first serve basis which usually takes only a couple of minutes.

    You may update your details by logging into your EGPRN account and clicking Update Profile on your EGPRN My Account page.
