Presentations must be uploaded by the authors into the system before 13/10/2021, this will give us a chance to check the presentations. However, if the presentation is not uploaded before 15/10/2021 the presentation cannot be included in the session. The upload interface is accessible by selecting the abstract through the authors My Abstracts page.
As the name suggests the "One-Slide/Five Minutes Presentation" and the "Poster" must be a single page PDF.
To present you must be using the latest versions of Chrome web browsers on a Windows, Mac or Linux computer. It is not possible to present on a tablet or phone.
You will be able to join your session 30 minutes before the start of your event using the join button in the Foyer.
Please make sure you are in an isolated room with no noise.

All presenters are invited to join one of the "Presenters Orientation Meetings". This will be a chance for presenters to familiarize themselves with the presentation user interface, ask questions and resolve any technical issues. These meetings will take place on October 14th between 17:30-18:30 CET. Presenters may join any one of these meetings through the Foyer, all presenters will be catered one by one on a first come first serve basis which usually takes only a couple of minutes.

You may update your details by logging into your EGPRN account and clicking Update Profile on your EGPRN My Account page.
